Thank you for your purchase from Little Arrows, LLC. In order to be eligible for a refund, product returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of purchase. The product must be in the same condition that it was received and undamaged in any way. Upon receipt of returned item, a refund will be processed. The money will be refunded to the original payment method used at the time of the purchase. Please be aware that refunded credit card payments may take 5 to 10 business days to appear on credit card statement. If the product is damaged in any way, or the return was initiated after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
